Eve Renewables has completed a solar panel installation in Woodlands, South Yorkshire, DN6, and as Eve Renewables, we would like to take the opportunity to share this customer's thoughts and journey of their system installation.
Our customer originally had an air source heat pump installed at the property, allowing this customer to move to all-electric, so it made sense that the customer would make the move to have solar panels installed at their property.
The Journey of Their Solar Panels
Our customer initially contacted us on 29/02/2024 and had Ben visit, who is one of our longest-serving surveyors. Using his knowledge and expertise, Ben was able to design the perfect system for our customers that would help them with their future bills.
This customer initially spent just over £2800 a year on electricity bills, which was one of the critical points for them when looking at solar panels.
After Ben completed the survey, our in-house specialist design team designed the system in more detail, ensuring the customer would have a smooth and easy installation.
We then attended the property on 06/03/2024 to start the installation.
The Figures of the Solar Panels
Before the customer installed solar panels, their electricity bill was just over £2800 per year. We have done a bespoke design for this customer so that they can use their system to work alongside their air source heat pump.
The customer has had the installation for just over a month, and the monthly bill has dropped to £46 per month.
The customer also received £13 for the month in SEG payments, which means the customer's bills were reduced even further to £33 per month.
This customer initially spent approximately £233 per month, which has been lowered to £36, showing a savings of £197 in the first month of the installation.
